New Instrument Approach Scenarios to Keep You sharp
Building on the popularity of its ATC Scenarios Southern
California add-on package, ELITE has released a new-generation
approach scenarios product.
Instrument Approach Scenarios is improved -- better
than ever. The new scenarios have been designed to be more
interactive, more challenging, and more educational.
Instrument Approach Scenarios allows you to practice
realistic approaches in a real-time, non-threatening environment.
These interactive scenarios are driven by the voices of authentic
controllers who will expose you to a variety of approaches with
realistic, and often challenging, clearances. You'll get holds,
missed approaches, full approaches with procedure turns, and
more.
Also new are the ability to acknowledge specific ATC requests
when necessary and the option to invite a virtual instructor into
the cockpit to provide tips when needed and help with the
radios.
Surprise! [Don't you hate surprises in the air?]
In addition, Instrument Approach Scenarios will
introduce a variety of surprises (situations that you may not get
the chance to fly very often in the real world, but need to be
prepared for regardless). This is simply the safest and most
efficient way to experience, practice and perfect all aspects of
approaches under simulated IFR conditions.
ELITE is currently busy working on several additional Instrument
Approach Scenarios regions but the first of these new generation
packages, EC-3 (Wisconsin / Illinois) and SE-3 (Florida), are
available now for 79.95 each.
ELITE will be demonstrating the new scenario packages for the
first time at AirVenture 2003 (Oshkosh).
