Teamsters, NetJets Reach Tentative Agreement

Teamster Technicians, Stock Clerks And Related Will Vote On The Agreement

Teamsters Local 284 and NetJets have successfully concluded negotiations, resulting in a tentative agreement.

The negotiation team was comprised of Teamsters Airline Division representatives, the Teamsters Local 284 president, and rank and file committee members for the approximately 220 NetJets technicians, stock clerks and related employees.

Negotiations began in February of 2012 for the tentative agreement which amends the workers' current collective bargaining agreement with NetJets. The final contract language agreed upon by the union and NetJets will be put before the membership for a ratification vote.

"I am pleased with the ability of the union negotiators and NetJets to work cooperatively to reach a mutually satisfactory tentative agreement," said Captain David Bourne, Director of the Teamsters Airline Division.
