FBO Will Take Part In Company's Charitable Support Program
Landmark Aviation officially began operations on Saturday,
October 8th at Tampa International Airport in Florida. “We
are excited to finally be a part of the Tampa International Airport
and surrounding communities,” President & CEO Dan Bucaro
explained. “We have been looking forward to operating on this
field for several months now.”
The facility includes 44,500 square feet of hangar space in
addition to a passenger lobby, pilot lounge, executive conference
room, snooze room, and flight planning center. Services include
fueling, ground handling, concierge, hangar and office rentals.
Landmark Aviation’s FBO at Tampa International Airport
will also be an addition to the company’s “Landmark
Cares” facilities. These locations support charitable efforts
in the local community. For every gallon of fuel sold at the Tampa
location, Landmark will make a donation to local non-profit and
charitable organizations. Landmark anticipates that the program
could generate over $1 million in donations to the Tampa community
over the duration of its lease.
“As part of our commitment to improving our facilities and
services, we will begin making capital improvements
immediately,” stated Bucaro. “TPA is an excellent
addition to our growing network, and increases our presence in the
Florida market.”
Headquartered in Houston, TX, Landmark Aviation operates a
network of FBOs throughout the US, and in Canada and Western
Europe.
