Evergreen Selects Pratt & Whitney For Long-Term Service Agreement

Four-Year Deal To Maintain Fleet Of PW4000, JT9D And CF6 Turbofans

Pratt & Whitney recently signed a new four-year engine maintenance agreement with Evergreen International Airlines, Inc., a global cargo operator headquartered in McMinnville, OR.

Under terms of the deal, Pratt & Whitney will provide line maintenance services, including engine changes, to maintain a fleet of PW4000, JT9D and CF6 engines in an agreement renewable up to an additional 20 years. Financial terms were not disclosed.

"Pratt & Whitney is a reliable provider of high-quality maintenance and support services," said Brian Bauer, president, Evergreen International Airlines. "Our positive experience solidified our decision to enter into this long-term partnership."

"We are proud to provide value by maintaining and servicing Evergreen's fleet of PW4000, JT9D and CF6 engines," said Joanne Hastings, director, Line Maintenance Services. "We look forward to continuing our strong relationship with Evergreen."

Evergreen International Airlines has offered global passenger and cargo air services for more than 40 years.
