The two men -- pilots of an Embraer business jet that collided with a Gol Airlines 737 September 29 -- are still in seclusion in a Rio de Janeiro Marriott hotel, under threat of criminal prosecution, following the ruling of a Brazilian judge Monday that denied the latest request to allow the men to leave the country. All 154 persons onboard the 737 were killed following the collision.
