PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR A TRAIN WRECK/CHEMICAL LEAK. ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF THE S. C. LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 2000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 333431N/0815018W OR THE COLLIERS /IRQ/ VORTAC 120 DEGREE RADIAL AT 018 NAUTICAL MILES.
