PHPA To Conduct 'Fly Neighborly Program'

Program Part Of Annual Meeting At Robinson Helicopters August 20

Helicopter Association International has announced that the Professional Helicopter Pilots Association (PHPA) will hold an Annual Meeting and Fly Neighborly Program at the Robinson Helicopters facility at the Torrance, CA Airport August 20. Registration begins at 0800 PDT and the program will end at 1230.

PHPA's Mission Statement declares its goals to promote safety and understanding among helicopter pilots; coordinate efforts towards improving communications, methods of operation within the airspace system, or any other area that will contribute to the safety and education of all pilots; provide a forum for identifying and seeking resolution to local problems of interest to the membership; and promote community relations between the public and the helicopter industry.
