Winged Mini Cooper For Sale On Ebay

No, It's Not A Roadable Aircraft, But It's Also A Lot Less Expensive

A Mini Cooper that had been used by Delta Airlines as a promotional vehicle is now for sale on Ebay, but you'll have to pony up at least $20,000 for the privilege of driving the little winged car.

The seller describes the 2004 model as being in "great condition." The car with about 50,000 miles on the odometer has a sunroof, black-and-tan leather interior ... and wings, a tail, and simulated jet engines.

According to the listing, the car is available for local pick-up. Additionally, shipping arrangements can be made through uShip. The buyer is advised to review the available shipping options, choose the option that best suits their needs, and have the item delivered by a customer-rated uShip service provider.

The car is currently in Massachusetts, and if you want to bid, you need to act quickly. The online auction closes Friday. But it may be back. So far there have been no bids on the vehicle.
