ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE FAA ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 390147N/0765830W AND THE WASHINGTON /DCA/ VOR/DME 026 DEGREE RADIAL AT 10.8 NAUTICAL MILES. SGT TEESDALE, 410-238-5800, MD STATE AVIATION DIVISION IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. WASHINGTON /ZDC/ ARTCC 703-771-3470 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
