Clarity Aloft Brings You Osh18... Loud and Clear!

The All-New Flex – Light, Adjustable, Compact, TSO certified

The newest addition to the Clarity Aloft headset range is a big departure from previous designs and ushers in a new standard for in-ear headsets.

“The Flex represents everything we’ve learned from years of developing headsets and having conversations with pilots about what’s important to them,” said Aloft Technologies President, Bill Waterman.

Not only is it the lightest model yet from Clarity Aloft (which is saying something for the company who has been leading the industry since 2004), it is also the most customizable. Pilots using the Flex can set the microphone boom on the right or left, adjust the boom length and headband circumference, and collapse it flat for storage. No other headset will disappear so completely onto your head or into your flight bag.

This feature-rich design is also TSO certified. What sets it apart from other TSO certified headsets is that it’s light AND quiet.  Its 29-47dB of attenuation means you can protect your hearing, be exceptionally comfortable, and arrive less fatigued.

The next generation of Clarity Aloft headsets is here.

Did You Know--Cool Facts About Clarity Aloft!

  • Aloft Technologies dba Clarity Aloft®, launched in 2004 in Minneapolis, Minnesota and continues to emphasize excellence of design, engineering and production from expertise and talent available in the United States.
  • The NEW Flex is the lightest model yet from Clarity Aloft and is also the most customizable.
  • All the headset models will function as aviation headsets with their full noise attenuation without any batteries.
  • Clarity Aloft headsets provide robust noise dampening across the full frequency spectrum. From low pitch sounds to high pitch sounds, you will receive between 30 to 47 decibels (dBA) of noise attenuation, providing hearing protection in high noise environments, no matter what aircraft you fly.
  • Because speech sounds are heard between 400 Hertz and 6,000 Hertz, those are the pitch areas where you most need to protect your hearing for communication purposes. Clarity Aloft headsets provide 35-45 decibels (dBA) of noise reduction in that area. This is better protection than found in most ANR headsets.
