SmartSky Announces Another Install Partner

ATG Internet Service Keeps Expanding Reach

Those looking to get some high-speed internet aboard their ritzy business aircraft should be happy to note even more installation throughput in the SmartSky family now that Haggan Aviation of Denver, Colorado has joined the distribution network.

Haggan, a well known MRO in the area, is now an authorized sales and installation partner with a special eye for LearJet and Hawker aircraft. SmartSky has certifications for, and first-article installations in, such aircraft already. The Air-To-Ground connectivity system continues to find fans throughout the bizjet market, particularly given the low latency and high speeds desired by passengers accustomed to blazing fast, unlimited terrestrial internet. SmartSky's LITE system covers the smaller and cheaper range of aircraft, being suited for install on 'mid to large cabin business jets as well as light jets and turboprops'. Its Flagship system is the top of the heap, and sports its own diverse roster of approved makes and models.

"We are extremely proud to add SmartSky's proven inflight Wi-Fi to our connectivity upgrade offerings," said Tom Miszewski, Vice President and General Manager of Haggan Aviation. "Together, Haggan's quality customer service and installation expertise, along with SmartSky's performance that customers are raving about, can equip aircraft operators to deliver an elevated inflight experience beyond what they could before. We look forward to a long and successful partnership."

"Haggan Aviation's aircraft maintenance capabilities and expertise are well-known in the region," said Aria Bahawdory, Director of MRO Account Management for SmartSky. "Because SmartSky has current first article installation projects in progress on the Hawker 800/850/900, as well as follow on installations on the Lear 60, Haggan is a perfect addition to our world-class dealer network."
