PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(1) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATION. ONLY RELIEF AIR- CRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ONTARIO PROVENCIAL POLICE ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL WITHIN A 10 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 424100N/0813024W OR THE LONDON /YXU/ VORTAC 225 DEGREE RADIAL AT 26.5 NAUTICAL MILES ONTARIO PROVENCIAL POLICE TELEPHONE 905-676-4509 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. LONDON /YXU/ FSS, TELE- PHONE 514-952-4037 IS THE COORDINATION FACILITY.
