ONLY RELIEF ACFT OPERATIONS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF ANCHORAGE ARTCC/ZAN/ ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE IN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 585106N 1350411W. STATE OF ALASKA, DOT TEL 907-451-3047, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. ANCHORAGE CENTER /ZAN/, TEL 907-269-1103, ISTHE FAA COORDINATING FACILITY.
