Mountain Aviation Announces Partnership With Eliot Brown

Puts Jet Prop Commander In The Charter Company's Stable

Mountain Aviation has cemented their relationship with Eliot Brown, owner of Jet Prop Commander N840SE based in Telluride, Colorado.

"This is a tremendous opportunity for both Mountain Aviation and Mr. Brown," says Vice President of Business Development at Mountain Aviation, Julian Tonsmeire. We welcome this high performance TurboProp, that was formally leased to MayaAir and operated out of Telluride since 2001 to our extensive fleet.

While Mr. Brown still flies privately in his JetProp Commander, he is transferring the charter operation to Mountain Aviation and retiring from professional flying. Over the years, Eliot Brown has served a wide range of clients based in Telluride, and those visiting the mountain town. Eliot is widely respected and recognized in Telluride for the benefits his air charter operation have brought to the local tourist and business communities.

In addition to the JetProp Commander, Mountain Aviation offers the King Air 90, King Air 200, and Pilatus PC12 turboprop aircraft. Mountain Aviation also offers light jet Citation, midsize jet Hawker and Gulfstream and large cabin Gulfstream jets to support our Telluride guests from Scottsdale, Texas, Southern California, and everywhere else they need to be.

"Mountain Aviation will continue operating Eliot's airplane to serve Telluride and the region's diverse client base as well as exposing new passengers to this perfect aircraft for the challenging mountain environment, while maintaining the same focus on safety and service that he accomplished for the last 13 years" Tonsmeire said. Eliot Brown will continue to purchase Carbon Offsets through TerraPass for the JetProp Commander.
