New Mexico Aviation Aerospace Association Plans Career Expo Wednesday

Event To Be Held At Kirtland AFB

The New Mexico Aviation Aerospace Association will be holding an aviation and aerospace career expo Wednesday morning at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, NM.

The event promises to offer an outstanding opportunity for both middle through college level students to learn more about the careers and training available both with the leaders of New Mexico Aviation and Aerospace industries, Aviation schools and the U.S. Military.

From 0900-1500 (local time), students from across New Mexico can view and walk through today’s most modern aircraft in the world, both civilian and military, while getting hands on experiences with various equipment and technologies. Participants will also have an opportunity to learn about the New Mexico Air National Guard and recruitment possibilities.

Additionally, the New Mexico Aviation Aerospace Association will have available a variety of aviation and aerospace exhibitors who will share with you the jobs and careers awaiting students.

New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez (pictured above) will keynote the opening session at 0900.
