Fantasy Air Announces Change In Allegro LSA Door Design

'Bubble' Doors Add Three Inches Of Elbow Room

Just ask ANN's Rob Finfrock -- one of the most important criteria when talking light sport aircraft is available elbow room in the cockpit (this, of course, has nothing at all to do with the fact Rob's a little, well... wider... than the FAA's standard-sized person.) Fantasy Air USA apparently agrees... and recently announced another enhancement to its Allegro light sport plane.

New composite-wrapped, lockable bubble doors, standard in all new Allegros, provide an additional three inches of elbow room... for a forty-six inch wide cockpit. Fantasy Air adds the sleek styling of the installation also elevates the look of the factory built aircraft.

Once inside the Allegro, pilots will also find new headset holders in the top of the cockpit, too. The cloth and Velcro straps can be pushed to the center of the cockpit, so the passenger or pilot has an unobstructed entry.

Fantasy Air USA Light Sport Training School is situated about 30 miles south west of Raleigh, NC. Traditional as well as accelerated training is available with a number of Certified Flight Instructors who call Fantasy Air USA home.

The company's home field of Sanford-Lee County Regional Airport (TTA) in North Carolina. The non-towered airport is about six years old, with a 6500' paved runway and a modern FBO with onsite testing services
