TRU Delivers First Ever Boeing 737 MAX FFS

Installed At Boeing's Miami Training Campus

TRU Simulation + Training has delivered the first of its 737 MAX full flight training suites to Boeing, at its Miami, training campus.

This delivery occurs after having successfully completed the in-plant acceptance by Boeing earlier this summer. The suite delivery includes a Full Flight Simulator (FFS) and a Flat Panel Trainer classroom, part of the 10-year exclusive agreement between Boeing and TRU to provide multiple 737 Max full flight training suites to Boeing’s training campuses around the globe.

This is the world’s first ever 737 MAX FFS and is expected to be ready for training in the first quarter of 2017. Once installed, the 737 MAX FFS will be both FAA and EASA certified.

“The Boeing team is impressed by our flexibility, innovative technical solutions and the collaborative approach both teams adopted to ensure the on-schedule delivery,” said  George Karam, Vice President and General Manager of TRU’s Air Transport Simulation division.
