The full United States Senate passed the Pilot's Bill of Rights 2 on a unanimous vote Tuesday night.
The bill, sponsored by Senator James Inhofe, had 70 cosponsors from both sides of the aisle. Valant said his engineers were able to 'close the loop' of the thermodynamic system under test conditions, a key technology for the Lynx sub-orbital vehicle.
