Approved: MT Composite Propeller for Cessnas Approved

A new STC provides for the installation of the MT Propeller on most all Cessna's from the C180 through the 210 models. The approved model list (AML) includes turbos and most aircraft that have previously installed engine upgrades from popular shops like: P-Ponk, Texas Skyways, John Jewel, WipAire and others.

The MT Composite Propeller is a lightweight alternative to conventional forged aluminum props. MT props include a stainless steel leading edge, high-thrust scimitar blades and have no life limits. Electric or fluid de-ice and MT's patented HiGlo Kevlar spinner are available options. Benefits include: reduced vibration, improved performance and no RPM range restrictions or AD's.

MT Propellers are designed and built in Straubing Germany. Started in 1981 by Gerd Muehlbauer, MT has produced nearly 40,000 blades for thousands of applications. They are standard equipment on several new models and are preferred in the unlimited air racing and aerobatic communities. Service is provided by over 24 MT certified prop shops around the country.

The STC holder is Flight Resource of Bloomer, WI. They are the worlds largest volume distributor of MT Propellers. Flight Resource owns and has access to STC's that permit the installation of MT propellers on literally thousands of aircraft.
