Yuneec Drone With Intel Technology Now Available For Purchase

Several Retailers Offering The Aircraft That Can Navigate Around Obstacles

If you've been waiting for the Yuneec Typhoon H UAV with Intel technology to be available for sale, your wait is apparently over. Mashable reports that the hexacopter featuring the RealSense module is available for purchase from multiple retailers.

The Intel RealSense Module allows the aircraft to sense obstacles in its path and correct its path to avoid those obstacles.

The drone can be programmed to orbit around an object, follow a pre-set route and follow the operator with its camera. A "Home Mode" lands the aircraft within 26 feet of its remote.

Mashable.com reports that the Typhoon H with all the bells and whistles will cost north of $1,800, but a basic version without the RealSense module is also available for less, and the module can be purchased separately.
