Following years of egregious county misbehavior, the owner of Skydive Myrtle Beach is suing members of the Horry County Council for alleged violations of his constitutional rights under the 14th Amendment. Aaron Holly, the owner of Skydive Myrtle Beach, explained in his 160-page complaint that the council, working with the FAA, wrongfully closed his business by claiming more than 100 violations.
As ANN has learned and observed, the complaint holds that no investigation has been conducted, and there is no evidence of any alleged violations. Holly also has not been charged with violating any local ordinances, nor paid any affiliated fines or penalties. RUN... do not walk... to Lakeland this April.
