ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT UNDERE THE DIRECTION OF PIKA INTERNATIONAL ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACEAT AND BELOW 2000 FT AGL WITHIN A 1 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF RAVENA ARMY ARSENAL 411150N/0810543W AND THE AKRON (ACO) VOR/DME046 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.2 NAUTICAL MILES. MEL LAU, PIKA INTERNATIONAL, TELEPHONE 330-352-5305, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. CLEVELAND ARTCC /ZOB/, TELEPHONE 440-774-0426, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
