PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONSARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 6 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 260759N/0813516W ORTHE CYPRESS /CYY/ VOR/DME 100 DEGREE RADIAL AT 10.3 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 3000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING. THE FLORIDA DEPT. OF FORESTRY TELEPHONE 239-348-7557 OR FREQ 118.775/THE BALSA FIRE IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. MIAMI /ZMA/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 305-716-1588 IS THEFAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
