A Cirrus SR22 is reported to have gone down in Knoxville, TN, with two on board. One person was identified by his company, as Charlie Schneider, CEO of MyGoFlight. The accident took place in the morning, about 0920 local time, December 16th near the McGhee Tyson Airport. The MyGoFlight Facebook page has reported that, "Charlie was traveling for business on a single-engine craft, Cirrus SR22. At this time, the cause of the accident is unknown. Charlie died this morning at UT Medical Center in Nashville, TN. During this time of loss, the family is asking for privacy.

On November 15, 2021, about 0745 central standard time, a Beech A36TC airplane, N1805D, sustained substantial damage when it was involved in an accident near Rockport, Texas.
