CLARK, INDIANA STATE POLICE ARE AUTHORIZED INTHE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET MSL 385000N/0862600W AND THE HOOSIER /OOM/ VORTAC 158 DEGREE RADIAL AT 20.4 NAUTICAL MILES. SGT. CLARK, INDIANA STATE POLICE TELEPHONE 812-454-4487 IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. INDIANAPOLIS /ZID/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 317-247-2242 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
