The FAA completed evaluations of the Waiex and Xenos Kits in
October 2005 for compliance with the "major portion" requirement of
14 CFR section 21.191(g). Sonex, ltd tells ANN that both kits were
approved on October 21, 2005.
California Tower-Jumper Snagged, Rescued -- May Face
Charges
A Walnut Creek, CA, skydiver is hospitalized after his chute
became tangled in the tower from which he was jumping. The birthday
stunt-gone-wrong left John Agnos dangling by his risers for hours
as firefighters tried to figure out how to rescue him.
