Embraer and Brazilian Air Force Expand C-390 ISR Capabilities

Agreement Works to Enhance Aircraft for Patrol and Surveillance Missions

Embraer signed a deal with the Brazilian Air Force (FAB) on December 3 to perform research intended to expand the C-390 Millennium’s capabilities. These studies hope to evolve the aircraft for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions, focusing deeply on Maritime Patrol. The Embraer C-390 was first introduced and took flight in 2015.

Kazakhstan Takes Delivery Of First Airbus A400M

To Be Foundation Of Country’s Airlift Capabilities

Airbus Defense and Space has delivered the first Airbus A400M to the Republic of Kazakhstan to form the cornerstone of its tactical and strategic airlift operations. It is the first of two ordered by the west-central Asian country, and was handed over to the Kazakh Air Defense Forces in a ceremony in Almaty, South Kazakhstan, after being ferried from the planemaker’s A400M Final Assembly Line in Seville, southern Spain, a few days earlier.
