Committee Members Express "Disappointment" In A Letter
Four members of the House Transportation and Infrastructure
Committee have sent a letter to Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood
expressing "concern and disappointment" that he has not yet issued
an NPRM for flight duty time limits.
