The CityAirbus eVTOL quad-rotor aircraft has completed its first flight at the Airbus facility in Donauwörth, Germany. Embraer and SkyWest have signed a firm order for 20 E175 jets in a 76-seat configuration. The order has a value of $972 million, based on 2019 list prices, and is already included in Embraer’s 2019 fourth-quarter backlog. Deliveries are expected to begin in the second half of 2020.

Inventory Tracking Systems Are In Some Cases At Least 30 Years Old
Recent reports from the Office of Inspector General (OIG) and an independent public accountant have found weaknesses in the FAA's internal controls for tracking inventory. In December 2019, the OIG reported that the Agency’s Logistics Center does not have a detailed aging report for tracking its inventory supporting the National Airspace System (NAS), which might include items that are 30 or more years old.
