Two Others Injured, Pilot Reported Fuel Problems Before Plane

A Piper Navajo on a medical transportation flight went down
Monday night in a Chicago suburb, resulting in the fatal injury of
three people. Two other were hurt in the accident. The plane's
owner, Trans North Aviation Limited, said the those on board
included the pilot, a pilot-trainee, a paramedic, the patient and
his wife.
