Rolled Left And Reached An Inverted Attitude Before It Impacted Nose First
On October 8, 2021, about 1311 eastern daylight time, a Cessna P210N, N128EE, was destroyed when it was involved in an accident at Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK), Atlanta, Georgia. The pilot, and three passengers were fatally injured. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 personal flight. Review of PDK airport security surveillance video revealed that the airplane lifted off about 1,000 ft down runway 21 in a nose-high attitude. The airplane then rolled left and reached an inverted attitude before it impacted nose first beside the runway.
