members of the State Legislature on Friday before they adjourn for
the July 4th recess. Aviation interests in that state are being
asked to urge legislators to vote "yes" on AB 1140 (amended).

The bodies of four people reported missing along with their
rented Piper Arrow have been found inside the aircraft, which went
down Sunday in rugged mountainous terrain in northwest Montana.
Property Owners Turning To Banner Towing Services To Get BP's
Attention
Some local governments and small businesses, in frustration with
what they say is BP's lack of response to the Deepwater
Horizon oil spill, have turned to a different method of
getting their message to the decision makers in BP and the
federal government - airplane banners.
