"There is no dispute the aircraft lost power. The question is
why."

Aviation and London Aircraft Services owner John London in a
wrongful death lawsuit brought against him by family members of two
men who died when their Piper Malibu lost power and crashed shortly
after take-off in 2002. Murray is defending London from charges
that a mechanic's failure to properly secure a fuel line after
cylinder replacement work was performed on the Piper's engine,
which led to a fuel leak and fire that caused the power loss
and contributed to the accident.
