The flight took place at the Pan-Pacific UAS Test Range—located at Pendleton Airport in Oregon—operating under a FAA Certificate of Waiver. Miracle Flights reports that it provided 737 commercial flights at no cost to families in crisis during the month of October. The flight count included 68 domestic flights from North Carolina, 66 from Texas, 58 from Tennessee, 34 from California and 32 each from Arizona and Florida, as well as a handful of international flights from the Bahamas, Chile, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Germany, Ecuador and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
