FDC 6/5586 ZAB AZ.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS SOUTHEAST OF PORTAL, AZ. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 314823N/1090302W OR THE SAN SIMON /SSO/ VORTAC 146 DEGREE RADIAL AT 29.7 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 10000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS. SOUTHWEST COORDINATION CENTER TELEPHONE 505-842-3473 OR FREQ 122.925/PORTAL FIRE IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. SYSTEM OPERATION SUPPORT CENTER 202-267-3333 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
