FDC 7/1823 ZOA CA.. FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS SACRAMENTO RIVER, CA. EFFECTIVE 0705181600-0705190300. PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(3) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT FOR MARINE MAMMAL RESCUE OPERATIONS BEING CONDUCTED BY THE USCG AND NMFS ON THE SACRAMENTO RIVER IN THE CALIFORNIA DELTA WATERWAY. AIRCRAFT ARE REMINDED TO NOT LOITER OVER RESCUE OPERATIONS IN THE EFFECTED AREAS IF WHALES ARE SPOTTED. NORMAL FLIGHT OPERATIONS FOR AIRPORTS IN THE EFFECTED AREA ARE NOT RESTRICTED. WITHIN 5 NM EITHER SIDE OF A LINE BETWEEN 383426N/1213523W OR THE SACRAMENTO /SAC/ VORTAC 330.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 8.0 NAUTICAL MILES TO 383138N/1213252W OR THE SACRAMENTO /SAC/ VORTAC 345.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 5.0 NAUTICAL MILES TO380935N/1214636W OR THE SACRAMENTO /SAC/ VORTAC 195.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 20.0 NAUTICAL MILES TO 380131N/1213126W OR THE SACRAMENTO /SAC/ VORTAC 160.0 DEGREE RADIAL AT 25.0 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 1000 FEET MSL.
