About 45 pilots flying for Hawaii-based Island Air were given Christmas bonuses ... only to have the company ask for them to be returned. The regional airline paid out bonuses of $4,000 each to its pilots in October, but then notified those pilots that the payout was "premature" ... and told them to return the money.
