The Kings Take A Little Trip...

John and Martha King Take Off On An Around-The-World GA Exploration

"Flying ourselves around the world is a wonderful way to explore the future of general aviation in Russia and throughout the world," said John King as he and his co-captain, Martha, took off in N10F, their Falcon 10, on a 13-day flight around the world.

"We're thrilled and excited about the opportunity to see what's happening for general aviation in the rest of the world, and of course, it's a wonderful way to enjoy flying in the process," continued John. "We think that there is a great future for general aviation in Russia.  It is very possible that we in the U.S. will soon be flying light sport aircraft manufactured in Russia."

"John and I look forward to sharing our experience with all of our friends and colleagues when we return … and we feel very privileged to embark on this personal adventure," noted Martha. "When I grew up in Indiana, this trip would have been possible only in my dreams. It's wonderful that we can enjoy this unique flight as general aviation pilots."

The flight includes stops in Regina, Churchill, and Iqaluit / Frobisher Bay in Canada; Reykjavik, Iceland; Bergen, Norway; Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Khabarovsk, Magadan, and Anadyr in Russia; Anchorage, AK, and Everett, WA.
