PlaneSmart! Aviation Names New President And CEO

Michael Brosler Was Fractional Program's Media Official

PlaneSmart! Aviation announced Friday the appointment of Michael A. Brosler as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Brosler is taking the place of former President and CEO Jeffrey A. Cullen, who is stepping down to pursue other long-term strategic aviation opportunities.

Brosler served as PlaneSmart!'s Marketing and Media Communications representative and brings a wealth of experience to his new, broader leadership role. He also founded a marketing and film production business that has brought numerous aviation television programs and documentaries to the market.

Brosler has 16 years experience in the high technology and telecommunication industries holding senior positions in various financial, marketing, and operational organizations.

"Mike's track record at managing customer focused organizations, coupled with his passion for aviation, makes him an excellent choice to lead PlaneSmart! during our next phase of development," said Adam Wagner, Chairman at Neo Ventures, LLC, PlaneSmart!'s venture capital partner.

"I feel that Mike can provide the leadership to continue to drive PlaneSmart!'s business to the next level” said Jeffery Cullen, PlaneSmart!'s outgoing President and CEO.

PlaneSmart!'s business plans include incorporating additional type aircraft into its program, servicing the non-pilot customer, and expanding operations across the United States.

PlaneSmart! provides professionally managed shares of turbonormalized Cirrus SR22-G3 aircraft, at a fraction of the cost of sole ownership.
