During The Forced Landing The Airplane Impacted Terrain Before Coming To Rest Upright
On August 9, 2021, about 1800 central daylight time, a Pulsar Sport 150 airplane, N997EM, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Osceola, Wisconsin. The pilot received serious injuries. The airplane was operated as a Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 91 personal flight. The initial report indicate that the pilot was in the traffic pattern at the L O Simenstad Municipal Airport (OEO), Osceola, Wisconsin, when the airplane’s engine lost power. The pilot selected a field, located about a quarter mile south of the airport, for the forced landing.
