Propulsion Laboratory workers who filed a lawsuit against the
National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the California
Institute of Technology last August, challenging the new background
checks instituted after 9/11. Calling such investigation into the

CA ruled the Bush Administration has no right to conduct such
checks.
