ZuluLog Releases Version 2.0 of Online Logbook Software

ZuluLog has announced that it has deployed version 2.0 of its aviation record-keeping software into active production. The new version features numerous enhancements including a custom scripting language, new analysis tools, support for mobile devices, a streamlined user interface, and new modules for professional aviation services.

"We have a broad and diverse user base, from private pilots to ATPs to aircraft owners and large corporations," says Roger J. Bright, CEO. "In this release, we've focused on giving our users more of the record-keeping tools they need to increase their efficiency and analytic power, while spending less time on the drudgery of paperwork."

The ZuluLog technology reportedly allows users to store flight and aircraft records securely online, reducing the risk of data loss and increasing convenience through worldwide accessibility.

"The 20th-century paradigm was to install and maintain software on local PC networks. Thankfully, that approach is fading fast," says Bright. "Aviation professionals don't want to deal with installing, upgrading, backing up, and troubleshooting record-keeping software. Our service frees them from that burden, and we have security and backup measures that would cost users millions of dollars to implement on their own."

ZuluLog's basic pilot logbook service is available at no cost to individuals. The company also offers various levels of professional record-keeping services for air transport, government agencies, and other aviation-related businesses.
