PURSUANT TO 14 CFRSECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 2 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 442304N/1211628W OR THE DESCHUTES /DSD/ VORTAC 351 DEGREE RADIAL AT 7.9 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 6000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR FIRE FIGHTING. CENTRAL OREGON INTERAGENCY DISPATCH CENTER TELEPHONE 541-416-6800 OR FREQ 132.375/CROOKED RIVER RANCH FIRE IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. SEATTLE /ZSE/ ARTCC TELEPHONE 253-351-3520 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
