Forefront Aerospace Acquires Pt 145 Repair Station Airflight

“Broader Range of Capabilities and Services” on the Way, Says Forefront Partner

Forefront Aerospace Services has formally announced the acquisition of Airflight Aerospace, an EASA/FAA Part 145 Repair Station focused on electromechanical aircraft parts.

The station has long served the usual gamut of commercial, civil, business, and military components from its South Florida location. Forefront Aero, also a Florida operation, provides “comprehensive capital investment solutions” to enable companies to “unlock their potential and reach their maximum profitability.” Translated into aviator, it can be assumed that the extra infusion of capital will allow Airflight to continue operations and expand into further repair work.

“With this acquisition we will be able to provide access to a broader range of capabilities and services, making us a one-stop shop for aircraft component repairs and maintenance,” said Robert Bial, founding partner at Forefront. “ With the addition of AirFlight to our portfolio we can provide more in-depth inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting capabilities for our customers.”
