PURSUANT TO 14 CFR SECTION 91.137(A)(2) TEMPORARY FLIGHT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN EFFECT WITHIN A 5 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 382400N/1135400W AND THE MILFORD /MLF/ VORTAC 258 DEGREE RADIAL AT 042 NAUTICAL MILES AT AND BELOW 11000 FEET MSL TO PROVIDE A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE (VANCE) FIRE FIGHTING ACTIVITY. COLOR COUNTRY INTERAGENCY FIRE CENTER, TELEPHONE 435-865-4600/FREQ 126.825, IS IN CHARGE OF THE OPERATION. CEDAR CITY /CDC/ AFSS, TELEPHONE 435-586-1525 IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
