ONLY RELIEF AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS UNDER DIRECTION OF SAN MATEO SHERRIFF ARE AUTHORIZED IN THE AIRSPACE AT AND BELOW 5000 FEET AGL WITHIN A 10 NAUTICAL MILE RADIUS OF 380658N/1082801W OR THE CONES /ETL/ VOR/DME 283 DEGREE RADIAL AT 10.8 NAUTICAL MILES. SAN NIGUEL/OM/KZDV SHERRIFF, TELEPHONE 970-728-1911, IS IN CHARGE OF ON SCENE EMERGENCY RESPONSE ACTIVITY. DENVER /DEN/ AFSS, TELEPHONE 720-873-2740, IS THE FAA COORDINATION FACILITY.
