NBAA's 2017 Regional Forums Will Be Held In Three Important BizAv Markets

Airports In Florida, Texas And New Jersey Selected As Hosts

The NBAA has announced the dates and locations for the association's 2017 regional forums.

Bringing together current and prospective business aircraft owners, operators, manufacturers, customers and other industry personnel for a one-day event, NBAA's regional forums incorporate exhibits, static displays of aircraft and education sessions on current issues facing business aviation.

"Our regional forums present excellent opportunities for current business aircraft operators to come together, as well as for companies considering business aircraft to learn more about the industry," said Mike Nichols, NBAA’s vice president of operational excellence and professional development. "They also provide opportunities for local elected officials who might not have experience with business aviation to learn more about our industry and the positive economic impact it has on their communities."

The 2017 regional forum dates and locations are:

  • Jan. 26 – Palm Beach, FL (KPBI)
  • March 23 – Fort Worth, TX (KFTW)
  • Sept. 7 – Morristown, NJ (KMMU)

"We've seen great year-over-year growth in both attendee and exhibitor numbers at the regional forum we hold annually at Atlantic Aviation in South Florida, which continues to be an important venue for business aviation," Nichols said.

The regional forum in Fort Worth, TX will take place at a new American Aero facility at Fort Worth Meacham International Airport. This is a completely self-contained facility with plenty of aircraft and vehicle parking and exhibit space, which means a convenient forum for attendees and exhibitors alike.

Signature Flight Support will be the site of the regional forum in Morristown, NJ. The airport’s close proximity to the New York City metropolitan area makes it a crucial hub for business aviation. Like the host facility for the forum in Fort Worth, the Morristown venue is self-contained, making it convenient for professionals in the greater New York area.

"These forums enable current and potential buyers and users of business aviation to learn how to become more effective and efficient in their business endeavors," said Nichols. "For those already in the industry, networking opportunities allow business aviation professionals to learn from one another, and robust educational sessions help them add greater value to their companies."

Prospective exhibitors interested in participating in any of the upcoming regional forums may complete the exhibitor application online.
