Quest Aircraft Company has signed an agreement for its acquisition by Setouchi Holdings Inc., a member of Tsuneishi Group. Tsuneishi Group is a well-established global entity headquartered in Hiroshima, Japan with roots in the shipbuilding, transportation and related industries. As the FAA released its outline of proposed rulemaking for UAS operations, the White House released a memorandum to emphasize that UAS operations must comply with the laws dealing with personal privacy. The document outlines goals and procedures to manage the collection, use, retention and dissemination of information obtained by UAS and ensure protection of privacy and civil liberties. It looks like the courts in Seoul, South Korea have determined that it is possible to take hubris to the point
