Dreamliner has made its entrance. Following an
extremely protracted opening ceremony -- in which seemingly
everyone but Zippy the Wonder Squirrel extolled the virtues of
globalization, quieter airliners, and more hospitable cabin
environments -- Boeing unveiled the plane it believes will
revolutionize the industry: the carbon-fiber composite-bodied
A fatal 2006 plane crash that killed three people, including the
treasurer of the Jupiter, FL-based Cirrus Owners and Pilots
Association (COPA), has spurred a lawsuit, and accusations against
the plane's pilot and Cirrus Design.
NASA told ANN Saturday the launch of the oft-delayed Dawn
spacecraft, a mission that will explore the asteroids Ceres and
Vespa, located in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter, has
been rescheduled to September.

Physicist, X-15 Pilot To Be Honored In August Ceremony
Air Force Space Command officials have announced the 2007 Air
Force Space and Missile Pioneers are retired Gen. Lew Allen Jr. and
retired Maj. Gen. Joe H. Engle. They will be honored at an award
ceremony and a hall of fame induction luncheon at Colorado's
Peterson Air Force Base on August 8.
King Air 200 Replaces Aircraft Lost In February CFIT
In a move to restore Benedis Healthcare's full ability to
transport ill and injured patients to area hospitals -- and, to aid
in the healing process after a February plane crash claimed three
Mercy Flight workers -- on Thursday the Great Falls, MT health care
provider received its new Beechcraft King Air 200.
