Europe-American Aviation Reports Success With New Aircraft Fleet

First Diamond Brilliance Flight Center Off To Good Start

As ANN reported just over a month ago, Europe-American Aviation (EAA) opened the first Diamond Brilliance Flight Center in the United States on June 24th. With the new fleet of Diamond aircraft and a simulator, the aviation school offers their flight students to learn with high-end technology.

The changes have already been accepted, as the first students have passed their checkrides successfully on the new Diamond aircraft. Carsten Sturm, owner of EAA, spoke to the Naples Airport Authority Board and introduced them to the major changes at his business.

“We are very impressed about the major step EAA recently has taken,” said Ted Soliday, Executive Director of the Naples Airport.

“We especially welcome the installation of a Level 5 simulator (Flight Training Device) at our airport. It offers better and more cost efficient training opportunities at the Naples airport.”

Scott Cameron, a local business man and aircraft owner himself, is one of the first students who has taken advantage of EAA’s fleet of factory new aircraft. “It took only very little to get comfortable with these new aircraft and take full advantage of the amazing Garmin 1000 technology”.

Mr. Cameron has proven this contention by passing his Instrument Flight Instructor (CFI-I) checkride on 12th of July, as the first graduate of the new “Diamond Brilliance Flight Center.”

Carsten Sturm, owner of EAA is very pleased with current developments, “We are operating the first Diamond Brilliance Flight Center of the USA for just six weeks now. The very positive feedback of students and customers, and even the increase in business, is far beyond our expectations.”
